Following significant water damage, West Nine were appointed by the insurer to deliver the full restoration of a five-storey townhouse in Notting Hill.
Our team mobilised promptly to undertake the necessary strip-out works, enabling Disaster Care to install specialist drying equipment. Close coordination during this phase ensured the drying programme progressed efficiently, allowing a seamless transition into the reinstatement stage upon completion.
West Nine subsequently delivered a comprehensive refurbishment across all five floors of the property. Particular care was taken to protect and preserve retained period features, maintaining the architectural integrity of the townhouse.
Working in close collaboration with McLarens Loss Adjusters and the insurer, we maintained clear reporting protocols, robust cost control and programme oversight, ensuring the project was delivered on schedule and within agreed budget parameters.
Our refurbishment restored this damaged townhouse to its former glory. We maintained its unique historical character while incorporating proper sealing and modern amenities. With West Nine’s thorough approach, there is no trace of any damage and this beautiful building can remain fully functional.
