Following a significant escape of water, West Nine were appointed by Aviva, McLarens and Brawdia to deliver the full restoration of a 12,000 sq. ft. private family residence.
Our team mobilised immediately, arriving shortly after Richford’s emergency response team to commence the required strip-out works, enabling the installation of specialist injection drying systems. Once the drying programme was successfully completed, West Nine undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of the entire property, including the spa and swimming pool complex located within the basement.
Throughout the project, we worked in close collaboration with the owners’ Family Office, appointed Building Surveyors and Loss Adjusters to ensure the works remained on programme and within agreed budget parameters.
The reinstatement involved the international sourcing and coordination of high-specification materials and finishes, including 800m² of Bulgarian limestone, bespoke joinery by Italian craftsmen Porro and Boffi, and feature lighting by David Groppi.
