Extending to approximately 6,500 sq. ft., this architecturally distinctive build is composed of a series of sculpted, timber-clad volumes arranged around a glazed central spine. The design reinterprets traditional pitched roofs within a contemporary style, creating a building that is both expressive and carefully resolved within its setting.

Below the principal accommodation, a large basement structure houses a private leisure suite. Incorporating a swimming pool, spa, hammam and cinema, the suite provides the ultimate luxury experience.
This project demands rigorous structural sequencing, advanced environmental control and detailed acoustic coordination to achieve both spatial clarity and long-term performance.
A fully integrated Control4 smart home system connects the property, providing seamless management of lighting, climate, security and audiovisual environments. This technology is coordinated closely with the wider MEP strategy to ensure operational efficiency, flexibility and future resilience.
