Step 1 – Initial Consultation

Appointed by insurers, loss adjusters and independent surveyors who represent the policyholders, West Nine has the disaster response capability to undertake emergency opening-up, isolation, and drying works to minimise loss. Collaborating with leading disaster recovery specialists, West Nine ensures the right team is appointed to assess and mitigate damage effectively.

Step 2 – Pricing & Programming

Years of experience mean that our in-house team can produce accurate cost estimates and timelines to undertake the necessary remediation works, ensuring that accurate reserves and timelines are reported promptly upstream to the Loss Adjusters/Insurers and estimates and timelines downstream to the Policyholders.

Step 3 – The Works

Our experts can assist to deliver all aspects of the project from disaster care and loss mitigation works such as drying, to full rebuild and reinstatement of a policyholders home. We have worked with loss adjustors on claims ranging from a little as £25k to upwards of £3m.

Step 4 – Aftercare

Thanks to our attentive approach, our aftercare service means that Policyholders often retain our services long after our projects are completed so that we can ensure their properties are maintained and cared for year after year.
